Why a Dedicated Workflow for Academic Emails?

WeCP is committed to supporting genuine faculty, researchers, and training professionals. To prevent misuse by students while still enabling academic and learning use cases, we’ve introduced a dedicated onboarding workflow for email domains like .edu and .ac.in. This ensures the right users gain access while enabling our team to guide academic users toward the most relevant solutions.

What Happens When You Sign Up with an Academic Email?

  1. Sign Up as Usual

  2. Rerouted to Academic Onboarding

    • Instead of immediately creating a new WeCP organization, you’ll be routed to a dedicated academic onboarding flow.

  3. Connect with Our Team

    • As part of the onboarding flow, you’ll be prompted to book a call with our Sales team to discuss your goals—such as hiring assessments, campus engagement, or academic learning programs.

  4. Get Verified and Onboarded

    • Once verified, we’ll assist you in setting up your WeCP organization and tailoring it to your academic or training goals.

FAQs

Q: I’m a student with an academic email—can I still sign up?
A: Currently, WeCP access is limited to faculty, training coordinators, and administrators. Students cannot directly create organizations.

Q: I signed up but didn’t get access—what should I do?
A: You’ll hear from our team shortly. If it’s been more than 2 business days, contact support@wecreateproblems.com.

Q: Can I use a non-academic email instead?
A: Yes! If you're representing a company, use your work email to sign up normally.
