How can I edit the interview feedback form once it's created?

  • Performance split is immediately visible in feedback.

  • Recruiters get faster, clearer signals without extra clicks.

Why it helps

  • Reduces time spent interpreting results

  • Makes candidate evaluation more structured and objective

  • Improves feedback quality for internal reviews and hiring decisions

Who can edit feedback forms

Moderators and Admins can review and edit interview feedback forms anytime, even after creation.

To edit the feedback form

  1. Go to your WeCP Dashboard and click Tests.

  2. Select the test you want to view.

  3. Click View Feedback under the Candidate Feedback card.

  4. Click Edit Feedback Form

  5. To edit a question, click the pencil icon next to it.

    • Note: The first question is in default mode and cannot be edited or deleted.

  6. To delete a question, click the delete/trash icon next to it.

  7. To add new questions, click Add Questions.

  8. Once done, click Save to apply your changes.

Changes are saved and will apply to future feedback submissions.
