Recruiters and Hiring Managers can enable multiple options to customize when can the test be accessed and the duration for which the test link is valid. Read More Understanding Test Settings.
- Login to your WeCP account as a Recruiter or Hiring Manager.
Select the Test from the home page and navigate to the Settings tab at the top.
- Click on the Accessibility Controls tab on the left.
Using the following available settings, you can control when can the test be accessed and the duration for which the test link is valid, and if the candidates are allowed to retake the test:
When can candidates take the test? Anytime If you select this radio button, the candidates will be able to access the test at any time. Time Frame You can set a timeframe between which the candidates will be able to access the test, using this button.
Public Link You can generate a common test link using this option. Email Invitation Link Validity You can specify the validity of the Test links sent through email invites, to the candidates. Candidate Retry If you wish to allow reattempting a test by the candidates more than one time, you can specify the same using this toggle button.
