Recruiters and Hiring Managers can create a test in a Group of their organization.
To create a Test
- Login to your WeCP account as a Recruiter or Hiring Manager.
- Navigate to the Group and click on Create Test.
- Enter the Name of the test and the Test Duration (in minutes).
- You can either enable the following checkboxes now or later in the Test Settings:
- Allow candidates to take Test anytime from now opens access to the candidate, the moment the test is created and saved.
- Allow all candidates to take the Test enables visibility to all candidates registered on your WeCP platform.
- Click Create to save the new Test.
