Candidates will understand how can they request for rescheduling their test or interview.
If you couldn't complete your Test due to the following reasons:

You didn't receive the email invitation for the Test.

The timings set for the Test were incorrect ( in accordance with what was communicated to you by the recruiter earlier).

The images/questions were not visible.
-
Any other technical glitch from the recruiter's side or the platform.
Note:
Any request for rescheduling the Test because of personal problems including,-
technical incompatibility and infrastructural issues from your side (candidate's side),
-
clashing of the test timing with other important pre-occupations,
-
and missing the Test window by a few minutes
will not be entertained under any circumstances.

or, If your Interview couldn't be completed due to the following reasons:

The interviewer didn't join the link and you kept waiting till the end of the scheduled time. Learn More

The interview platform abruptly closed due to technical issues from the interviewer's side.

The platform was unresponsive.
Note:
Any request for rescheduling the Interview because of personal problems including,-
technical incompatibility and infrastructural issues from your side (candidate's side),

clashing of the interview timing with other important pre-occupations,

and missing the Interview slot intentionally or unintentionally
will not be entertained under any circumstances.

you must contact your recruiter highlighting the problems (along with screenshots of the issues faced) and request them to schedule a new Test/Interview slot for you.
