The Recruiters and the Hiring Managers will learn to troubleshoot any screen resolution related problem.
If you see the given error message, you must follow these recommended steps:
- Zoom out your browser window, until the screen is visible again. Here are the steps to zoom out the window in some of the commonly used web-browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Click on the 'three dots' symbol given alongside the address bar in the Google Chrome browser.
- Use the '-' (minus) symbol given alongside the Zoom option, to zoom out your window. You must keep zooming out until the error message goes away.
- Mozilla Firefox
- Click on the 'three parallel lines' symbol given alongside the address bar in the Mozilla Firefox browser.
- Navigate to the '-' (minus) symbol given alongside the Zoom option and click on it to zoom out your window. You must keep zooming out until the error message goes away.
- Microsoft Edge
- Click on the 'three dots' symbol given alongside the address bar. You will find a Zoom option in the menu that appears.
- Use the '-' (minus) symbol given alongside the Zoom option, to zoom out your window. You must keep zooming out until the error message goes away.
- Google Chrome
- If the problem still persists, navigate to the display settings of your system.
- You must set the Zoom value to the system recommended value( i.e 100%) and also maximize the screen resolution of the system until the error message goes away.
Note: The screen resolution of the system must be 1080 X 435 or more.
