If faced with some issues, how to seek help from WeCP support during a live test?

To seek help from WeCP support

1. Go to the WeCP support website.
2. Click on the Raise a ticket button in the top right corner.
   
   
   
   
3. In the Create a Support Ticket form that appears, please fill in the relevant details to submit your query.
   1. Your email address: It is mandatory to fill in your email address, to get your query addressed.
   2. Name: You must fill in your full name in this field.
   3. Subject: Please specify the subject of your query in this field.
   4. Description: You must explain your issue in detail, in this field.
   5. Quiz link: This field is optional, however, it is recommended that you fill in this field, to help us solve your query better.
   6. Test name: This field is optional, however, it is recommended that you fill in this field, to help us solve your query better.
   7. Test Link: You must submit the link to the assessment that you're currently taking, in this field.
   8. Attachments: You can share screenshots of your problem in this field.
4. Finally, click on the Submit button below and your request will be recorded successfully.
