Candidates will learn to seek help from WeCP support during a test.
To seek help from WeCP support
- Go to the WeCP support website.
- Click on the Raise a ticket button in the top right corner.
- In the Create a Support Ticket form that appears, please fill in the relevant details to submit your query.
- Your email address: It is mandatory to fill in your email address, to get your query addressed.
- Name: You must fill in your full name in this field.
- Subject: Please specify the subject of your query in this field.
- Description: You must explain your issue in detail, in this field.
- Test name: This field is optional, however, it is recommended that you fill in this field, to help us solve your query better.
- Test Link: You must submit the link to the assessment that you're currently taking, in this field.
- Attachments: You can share screenshots of your problem in this field.
- Finally, click on the Submit button below and your request will be recorded successfully.
