- Requirement Analysis:
Initially, you must pick the important skills from the requirements of the job role.

- Soft skills

- Segregation:
Thereafter, you must segregate the skills into the following three categories:
Knowledge
The skills that are knowledge/memory/understanding based, must be put into this category.
Such skills don't have a direct input-output relationship.Hands-on
The skills that are based on input-output relationships, can be put under this category. Thinking/Communication/Approach
The skills that require human intervention or assessment by experienced techies, must be placed under this category.
