What is Watermarking and how does it help?

Recruiters and hiring managers will learn what watermarking is and how it aids in conducting fair assessments.

1. WeCP now allows you to watermark your assessments to prevent them from being leaked or shared, as the candidates' email addresses are displayed in the background of each question.
   
   
2. It also disables question selection and highlighting, which prevents copying and pasting the question text and thus further preventing question sharing.
   
   
   
   
3. You can enable this feature by logging into your WeCP account as a Recruiter or Hiring Manager. 
   
   
4. Select the Test from the home page and navigate to the Settings tab at the top.
   
   
   
5. Click on the Proctoring tab.
   
   
6. Toggle ON Email Watermarking to enable it, and then save your changes.
