Constantly checking if the interviewers or candidates have joined an interview is a frustrating and time-consuming job. Especially when you are interviewing more than 10 candidates in a day. Our engineering team heard all the requests for a better way around this problem and built a technological solution for this.
Get real-time updates like candidate joining status, completed reports, and email delivery status on a single page for every interview.
You can view the individual candidate reports and see the feedback the interviewer gave the candidate!
Define how to assess candidates
An interviewer's feedback about the candidate is the most crucial building block of an interview. With a scorecard, you can add questions that give interviewers a blueprint to assess candidates.
It helps both interviewers (as it cuts down on interview prep time) and the candidate (where questions and areas of assessment are more organised + objective rather than depending on the interviewer's bias).
Yeahhhh, we know this was messed up before; even our designers hated it. We wanted users to focus on candidates rather than the tool.
So our team built the settings page from the ground up and made it as simple as possible. After every option we added, we asked ourselves, "Do we really need this option, or can we automate it?".
Simply add a redirection URL and team members in the "Members" menu to collaborate and assign interviews to them, and that's it.
Linking previous rounds and finding the right test's name from a drop-down is a thing of the past.
Now you can just schedule an interview for a candidate, and if they have given a test for your company, their past reports will automatically get linked!
