Test recordings remain available in your dashboard for 3 months. After this period, they are automatically moved to our archive storage. This ensures smooth system performance while still keeping your data safe.
If you try to access an older recording, it may appear as unavailable — but don’t worry, it’s not lost. You can simply reach out to our support team, and we’ll restore the recording for you.
Restoring from archive may take up to 48 hours, after which the recording will be fully accessible again.
Tip: If you know you’ll need recordings long-term, we recommend downloading them within the first 3 months for easier access.
