The Hiring Managers and the recruiters will understand the effect of having duplicate emails in the bulk invitation document.
If your bulk invitation file contains duplicate emails
No matter how many times has a candidate email been repeated in the bulk invitation file (refer to the image given below), only one invitation per candidate email will be sent by the system.
Even if the candidate email is repeated in the Email(s) of the candidate field of Invite Candidates dialog box (refer to the image given below), only one invitation per candidate email will be sent by the system.
You can check the invitations and their status in the Candidate table.
You can also resend the invitation to any of the candidates. Learn More
