How do I know if the email invites have successfully reached the candidates?

LEARNING OUTCOME

Recruiters and Hiring Managers can check if an email invitation to a candidate has been successfully delivered.

    1. Login to your WeCP account as a Recruiter or Hiring Manager.

    2. Navigate to the test that the candidates were invited to complete.

    3. Click on the Candidates tab at the top.

    4. A list of candidates who have been invited to the Test will be visible to you along with other specific details like Status and email.

The following different types of status can be displayed in the Status column:

STATUS

DESCRIPTION

Sending Email

The email delivery is in process.

Not Started

The email has been successfully delivered, but the candidate has not taken the test yet.

Email Bounced

The email ID does not exist, hence, the email has been bounced.

Finished

The email has been delivered successfully and the candidate has successfully taken the test.

Ongoing

The email has been delivered successfully and the candidate is currently taking the test.
