LEARNING OUTCOME

Candidates will be able to understand why a test couldn't be started.

You might be facing the issue due to one of the following reasons:

  1. You are trying to start the test after the test time frame has expired.

For instance, the time frame of your test was from 18th July 2021, 00:30 hours IST to 18th July 2021, 12:30 hours IST and you are trying to start the test on 3rd December 2021 at 13:02 hours IST.

In such a case, the test cannot be started and the start button will say The Test has Ended.

  2. You are trying to start the test before the test time frame has started.

For instance, the time frame of your test is from 7th January 2022, 00:30 hours IST to 10th January 2022, 12:30 hours IST and you are trying to start the test on 3rd December 2021 at 13:10 hours IST.

In such a case, the test cannot be started and the start button will say Starts in 827:20:05. It depicts the total time(in hours, minutes, and seconds) left for the test time frame to start.

  3. You are trying to access the test after the test invite has expired.
For instance, the test invite was valid only from 17th June 2021, 00:00 hours IST to 17th July 2021, 00:00 hours IST and you are trying to access the test on 18th July at 10:00 hours IST. Your access will be restricted in this case.

Note: Always check the test email invite for the test time frame (if any) to avoid any confusion.
