Test Readiness Checklist
We have now added a Test Readiness checklist that enables users to review the test settings directly from the invitation.
This ensures that the correct test configuration is implemented before sending the invites to the candidates; thus minimizing potential errors.

Auto-Suggested test duration
The platform will now automatically compute the time required to complete the assessment based on the questions added. One less thing to worry about before taking the test live!

To prevent candidate cheating by copy-pasting content during assessments, we have improved our anti-cheat system which uses a superior algorithm to prevent copy-pasting from external sources during the assessment.

Smart Shuffling for questions

​The problem: In case a section has questions of varying difficulty or different question types (say 2 programming questions and 2 MCQ questions) and the user enables sectional shuffling and picking any 2 questions from the bank.
This will lead to unfair question distribution among the candidates wherein some candidates might get an easier question while others might get a harder one.
​
To ensure a fair evaluation of candidates the system automatically calculated a fair distribution of questions and gives you possible shuffling options in the drop-down.

Game-ify the “Start Test” text
You have the option to customise the Level 2 nomenclature (read more) for your account which will replace the word “Test” with a term of your choosing.
Your term will replace the word test from the first point in the candidate journey, starting from email invitation till the end of the assessment.
Use cases: For non-hiring focused departments such as Learning and Development Programs or for customised hiring flows.
