How to Integrate Lever ATS with WeCP

By following these quick steps, you can establish a seamless connection between your Lever ATS and WeCP platform. This integration will optimize your hiring process, providing you with a unified solution to effortlessly manage candidates and assessments all in one place. Say goodbye to manual processes and experience the convenience of synchronized candidate management.

  1. Log In to WeCP: Log in to your WeCP account using your credentials.

  2. Access the Settings: Once you're logged in, navigate to the "Settings" option from the left-hand side menu bar.

  3. Open Integrations: Within the Settings page, locate and click on the "Integrations" tab. Here, you'll find various integration options available.

  4. Select Lever ATS: Look for "Lever" in the list of integration options and click on the "Connect" button associated with it.

  5. Authorize WeCP with Lever: Clicking "Connect" will redirect you to Lever's Authorize App page. On this page, simply click "Accept" to authorize and establish the connection between your WeCP and Lever accounts.

  6. Confirmation: After accepting the authorization request, you will be automatically redirected back to WeCP.

  7. Integration Status: Congratulations! You have successfully integrated Lever ATS with WeCP. You will now see Lever marked as "Active" in the integration settings.

Enabling Lever to Communicate with WeCP

This integration adds a new webhook configuration specifically for tracking candidate movements between different stages of the hiring process.

  1. Access Lever Settings: Log in to your Lever account and navigate to the "Settings" section.

  2. Open “Integrations and API”: Within settings, find and click on the "Integrations and API" option.

  3. Navigate to “Webhooks”: In the Integrations and API menu, select the "Webhooks" tab.

  4. Enable "Candidate Stage Change": Webhook Locate the "Candidate stage change" webhook configuration and toggle it on if it's not already enabled.
