How to Integrate WeCP with Zoho Recruit

1. Why Integrate WeCP with Zoho Recruit?

The integration between WeCP and Zoho Recruit enables you to:

2. Prerequisites

Before you begin:

  • You need admin access to both WeCP and Zoho Recruit.

  • You must have a valid API key generated from WeCP.

3. Step-by-Step Integration Guide

Step 1: Generate API Key in WeCP

  1. Log in to your WeCP account.

  2. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Zoho Recruit.

  3. Click Generate API Key.

  4. Copy the API key for use in the next step.

Step 2: Add API Key in Zoho Recruit

  1. Log in to your Zoho Recruit account.

  2. Go to the Marketplace and search for WeCP.

  3. Click on the WeCP extension and open its Extension Settings.

  4. Paste the copied API Key from WeCP into the designated field.

  5. Save the settings to activate the integration.

Once the key is successfully saved, your WeCP and Zoho Recruit accounts will be connected.

Step 3: Send an Assessment from Zoho Recruit

Once the integration is active:

  1. Open any candidate profile in Zoho Recruit.

  2. You'll see a "Send WeCP Assessment" button.

  3. Click it to open a modal window.

  4. Choose the relevant WeCP assessment from the dropdown.

  5. Click Send Invite.

The candidate will receive the test link via email.

Step 4: View Assessment Results in Zoho Recruit

Once the candidate completes the WeCP assessment:

  1. Go to the candidate’s profile in Zoho Recruit.

  2. Navigate to the WeCP Assessments section.

  3. Click on the relevant WeCP assessment to open its details.

You’ll be able to view comprehensive assessment information, including:

  • Assessment Name

  • Candidate Email

  • Assessment Owner & Created/Modified Info

  • Assessment URL (links to the full test dashboard on WeCP)

  • Report URL (direct link to the candidate's detailed results)

  • Assessment Status (e.g., Completed, In Progress)

  • Section-wise Scores (e.g., Conceptual, Hands-on)

  • Zoho Recruit Candidate Name

This integrated view helps recruiters evaluate performance quickly, without switching tabs or logging into multiple systems.
