1. Why Integrate iCIMS with WeCP?
This integration allows recruiters to:
Link assessments from WeCP directly to job workflows in iCIMS
Send test invites from iCIMS without switching tools
Automatically receive results and reports in candidate profiles
Streamline hiring decisions with reduced manual effort
2. Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have the following:
Admin access in both WeCP and iCIMS
The following iCIMS credentials (provided by the iCIMS team):
Customer ID
Username
Password
Step 1: Configure the Integration in WeCP
Log in to your WeCP account.
Go to Settings β Integrations β iCIMS.
Enter the following iCIMS credentials:
Customer ID
Username
Password
Click Save to activate the integration.
Once saved, your WeCP account will be securely connected to your iCIMS environment.
Step 2: Link a WeCP Assessment with iCIMS
After setting up the integration:
Go to the Assessments section in WeCP.
Open the assessment you wish to link.
Click on Link Assessment with iCIMS.
Select the corresponding job or workflow in iCIMS where this test will be used.
Save the configuration.
Now, this WeCP test is mapped and ready to be triggered from within iCIMS.
Step 3: Send Assessment Invites from iCIMS
Once the assessment is linked:
Open the relevant candidate profile inside iCIMS.
Use the Send WeCP Assessment option available in the candidate workflow.
Select the linked assessment and send the invite directly from iCIMS.
The candidate will receive the invite and complete the test via WeCP.
Step 4: View Assessment Results in iCIMS
Once the candidate completes the assessment:
Results are automatically pushed back to iCIMS.
You can view:
Candidate's test status (e.g., Started, Completed)
Score summaries
Report links to view full performance analysis on WeCP
This enables your team to review and act on candidate results directly within iCIMS.
