Step 1: Activate the WeCP Integration in Teamtailor
Log in to your Teamtailor Admin account.
Click on your profile dropdown in the top-right corner and navigate to Marketplace.
In the search bar, type WeCP and select it from the list.
Click Activate to enable the integration.
Once activated, Teamtailor will generate a Partner Key for your account.
Copy the Partner Key — you’ll need to paste this key into your WeCP platform to complete the setup.
Step 2: Connect Teamtailor from WeCP
Log in to your WeCP Admin account.
From the left navigation panel, go to Settings → Integrations.
Locate Teamtailor in the integrations list and click Connect.
A popup window will appear asking for your Teamtailor Partner Key.
Paste the key generated in Teamtailor and click Save.
Your Teamtailor integration is now connected and active!
Step 3: Sending a Test Invitation from Teamtailor
In Teamtailor, click on the Jobs tab from the top menu.
Select the job you want to associate a WeCP test with.
On the job profile page, click the three dots on the right side and select Edit Job.
Navigate to the Stages tab.
Within any stage, click the Trigger switch and select WeCP webhook from the list.
A popup will appear where you can choose the test you’ve created in your WeCP account.
Click Add Trigger to attach the test to that stage.
Click Save to confirm your trigger setup.
Note: When a candidate moves into a stage where the WeCP trigger is active, they will automatically receive an invitation to take the test.
Step 4: Viewing Candidate Test Results
Once a candidate completes a WeCP test, you’ll be notified within their Teamtailor profile.
Click View Details to see test status, duration, and submission information.
Click Report to open the detailed test report in WeCP.
This enables you to quickly assess candidate performance without leaving Teamtailor.
