WeCP's Integration with Ashby enables recruiters to use assessments to screen and shortlist relevant applicants. Post this integration, users can trigger WeCP assessments for a candidate and view results from Ashby.
Step 1: Generate an API Key in Ashby
Log in to your Ashby Admin account.
Navigate to Admin → Integrations → API Keys.
Click Create API Key.
In the popup window:
Enter a name like WeCP API Key.
Under Integration Partner, select WeCP.
Click Create API Key and copy the key immediately (you’ll only see it once)
Step 2: Open WeCP and Navigate to Integration Settings
Log in to your WeCP Admin account.
Go to Settings → Integration from the left navigation panel.
In the list of integrations, locate Ashby and click Connect.
Step 3: Connect Your Ashby Account
A popup will appear asking you to enter your Ashby API Key.
Paste the key you generated in Step 1.
Click Save.
Step 4: Verify the Connection
Once saved, your Ashby integration will become active.
The Ashby card in your WeCP Integrations page will now show the status as Active.
You’ll also see options to Reconnect or Deactivate the integration anytime.
