WeCP's Integration with Darwinbox enables recruiters to use assessments to screen and shortlist relevant applicants. Post this integration, users can trigger WeCP assessments for a candidate and view results from Darwinbox.
Setting up the Integration
Head to the Integration Section in your Account Settings, find the Darwinbox Integration and click on 'Connect'.
You'll need the following details to establish the integration.
Subdomain of your Darwinbox Account. Example: wecp.darwinbox.com
API key of your Darwinbox Account
Note: You'll need to request your API Key from Darwinbox SupportUsername of your Darwinbox Account
Password of your Darwinbox Account
Once all these details are entered, click on 'Save'. We will verify these credentials and intimate you about the status of the connection.
Using the Integration
Once the Darwinbox Recruiting /WeCP integration is enabled for your Darwinbox Recruiting account, you can add the Assessment as a Round.
To do this for an existing Job Opening, click on Edit Job and navigate to the Hiring Workflow.
Now, edit the Round in which you would like to use the WeCP assessment.
Select the relevant Assessment from the dropdown and specify the No of Days to Expire.
Note: Please contact Darwinbox Support to help you with adding the assessment list from WeCP onto Darwinbox.
Sending an Assessment to a Candidate
Navigate to the candidate's profile and click on Schedule.
Here, specify the Start Date and Start Time. When you click on Schedule, the candidate will receive an email from WeCP with the test link, from which they can directly start the assessment.
Note: End Date and End Time are determined by the No of Days to Expire specified while setting up the Hiring Workflow in the previous step.
Accessing Candidate Score and the Report Link
After the candidate has completed the assessment, the candidate’s score will be available in Darwinbox Recruiting along with the candidate’s report link.
