1. Why Integrate TurboHire with WeCP?
The integration between TurboHire and WeCP helps you streamline the hiring process by allowing you to:
Send assessments to candidates directly from TurboHire
Track candidate test status and performance
Centralize evaluation data for better hiring decisions
Eliminate manual coordination between tools
2. Prerequisites
Before starting the integration:
Ensure you have admin access to both TurboHire and WeCP
You need a valid WeCP API key (generated within your WeCP account)
The TurboHire–WeCP integration must be enabled in your TurboHire instance
Step 1: Generate Your WeCP API Key
1. Log in to your WeCP account
2. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → TurboHire
3. Click on Generate API Key
4. Copy the key — you’ll need it in the next step
Step 2: Configure the Integration in TurboHire
Log in to your TurboHire admin account
Go to Settings → Integrations
Search for and select WeCP
Click Configure and paste the API Key you copied from WeCP
Save the configuration to activate the integration
Step 3: Link Assessments with TurboHire Jobs
After the integration is active:
In your WeCP dashboard, go to Assessments
Choose the assessment you want to link
Click Link with TurboHire
Select the matching job title or candidate stage from TurboHire
Save the linkage — your test is now synced to TurboHire
Step 4: Send Assessments from TurboHire
Open a candidate profile in TurboHire
You’ll see a “Send WeCP Assessment” button
Click the button, select the appropriate assessment, and send the invite
The candidate will receive the assessment link via email
Step 5: View Results in TurboHire
After the candidate completes the assessment:
The test status and score will be auto-updated in the candidate's TurboHire profile
You’ll see:
Test Status (Not Started, In Progress, Completed)
Score/Performance summary
Direct link to the detailed WeCP report
This allows your team to review results and take action without leaving TurboHire.
