1. Why Integrate Workable with WeCP?
By integrating Workable with WeCP, you can:
Connect any assessment—technical, communication, behavioral, or custom—to a job role.
Automatically trigger tests when candidates reach specific stages in your hiring pipeline.
View assessment results directly within your Workable dashboard for faster decision-making.
2. Prerequisites
Make sure you have the following before setting up the integration:
Admin access in both Workable and WeCP.
Your Workable subdomain.
A WeCP account with integration access.
A Workable API key and the associated email ID.
3. Step-by-Step: Integrate Workable with WeCP
Step 1: Connect Workable in WeCP
Log in to your WeCP account.
Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Workable.
Enter the following:
Workable Subdomain
API Key
Workable Email Address
Click Connect to complete the integration.
4. Link an Assessment with a Workable Job Opening
After the integration is complete:
Go to the Test tab in WeCP.
Choose the test you want to assign.
In the Integrations section, select Link with Workable Job.
Pick the corresponding job opening from your Workable account.
Save the configuration.
→ Once linked, candidates applying for that job in Workable will automatically receive the assessment from WeCP.
5. View Assessment Results in Workable
After a candidate completes their assessment:
Results and performance insights will appear within their Workable profile, under the linked stage.
This helps recruiters make faster, evidence-based decisions—without switching platforms.
