Ensuring the integrity of remote assessments is our top priority. At WeCP, we understand the importance of preventing cheating and maintaining the credibility of skill assessments. To combat the use of a second computer or device during assessments, we offer three robust solutions:
1. WeCP Compliance Mobile App (on production)
Our first line of defense against cheating involves the WeCP Compliance Mobile App. This application provides a comprehensive solution by allowing us to monitor the candidate’s entire workspace.
How It Works:
Installation: Candidates are required to install the WeCP Compliance Mobile App on their smartphone.
360-Degree Camera View: Once installed, candidates must turn on the camera, which will capture a 360-degree view of their workstation of the interviewee's.
Real-Time Monitoring: The app streams live footage, enabling our proctors to ensure that no unauthorized devices or materials are being used during the assessment.

Comprehensive View: The 360-degree camera provides a full view of the candidate’s environment, making it difficult to hide any secondary devices.
User-Friendly: The app is easy to install and use, requiring minimal setup from the candidate.

Terms of Agreement
By installing and using the WeCP Compliance Mobile App, candidates agree to the following terms:
1. I consent to the collection and monitoring of video footage of my workstation during the interivew period.
2. I understand that this footage is used to ensure the integrity of the recruiting process and will be handled in accordance with WeCP’s privacy policy.
3. I have the right to access and request the deletion of my footage in compliance with California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) regulations.
2. AI-Based Eyeball Movement Tracking (in-beta)
The second solution leverages advanced artificial intelligence to monitor the candidate's eye movements, ensuring they are focused on their screen and not looking away to read answers from another device.

How It Works:
AI Integration: Our assessment platform integrates AI technology that tracks the candidate’s eye movements throughout the test.
Behavior Analysis: The AI analyzes patterns to detect unusual or suspicious eye movements that indicate the candidate might be reading off a second screen or device.
Alerts and Interventions: If the AI detects abnormal eye movements, it can automatically alert a proctor or trigger a warning to the candidate.

Non-Intrusive: This method doesn’t require additional hardware, making it seamless for candidates.
Highly Accurate: AI can detect subtle deviations in eye movement, providing a reliable indicator of cheating behavior.

3. WeCP Compliance Desktop App (Nearby Device Detector)
Our third solution involves the WeCP Compliance Desktop App, designed to automatically detect the presence of nearby or connected devices.
How It Works:
Installation: Candidates must install the WeCP Compliance Desktop App on their assessment computer.
Device Detection: The app continuously scans for other devices in close proximity, using techniques such as network scanning and Bluetooth detection.
Proactive Measures: If a second device is detected, the app can either alert the proctor or automatically take predefined actions, such as pausing the assessment.
Benefits:
Automatic Detection: This app provides real-time detection of unauthorized devices without requiring manual monitoring.
Seamless Integration: It integrates smoothly with the candidate’s system, providing a hassle-free experience while maintaining strict compliance.
