The WeCP Job-Relevant IQ Test is designed to measure the general cognitive abilities that matter most in professional environments—such as problem-solving, reasoning, comprehension, and learning agility. Unlike traditional IQ tests that were designed for clinical or academic use, WeCP’s test is fully customizable, scalable, and aligned with real-world job performance needs.

🔧 What Does This Test Measure?

The test evaluates four major areas of cognitive ability:

  1. Verbal Reasoning – Understanding, interpreting, and drawing logical conclusions from language.

  2. Numerical Reasoning – Working with numbers, patterns, and quantitative logic.

  3. Logical & Abstract Reasoning – Pattern recognition, sequences, and critical thinking.

  4. Spatial Reasoning – Mental manipulation of objects and visualization skills.

Each section is built to be job-relevant, ensuring that the test is not just a measure of academic intelligence but a true reflection of workplace readiness.

🧮 How Grading Works

WeCP uses a norm-referenced scoring model to translate raw scores into standardized IQ scores. Here’s how it works:

  1. Raw Score Calculation
The total number of correct answers is counted across all four sections.

  2. Standardization
Raw scores are mapped to a normal distribution curve with:

    • Mean = 100

    • Standard Deviation = 15

  3. IQ Score Bands
Based on this scaling, candidates are categorized into standard IQ bands:

  4. Optional Percentile Rankings
The report may also include percentile scores based on historical or cohort performance, providing additional insight into how the candidate compares with others.

🎨 Customization Options

The test is fully customizable to match your organization's needs. You can:

  • Adjust difficulty level based on the role (e.g., junior vs. senior).

  • Include or exclude specific sections (e.g., only Logical + Verbal).

  • Add timed constraints for high-pressure role simulations.

  • Brand the test experience with your company’s logo and instructions.

  • Receive custom analytics and score cut-offs aligned to your talent benchmarks.

📊 Reporting & Insights

Every test generates a detailed report that includes:

  • IQ-style score and interpretation band

  • Section-wise performance breakdown

  • Strengths and growth areas

  • Custom recommendation for hiring or upskilling decisions
