👋 This is a quick guide to onboard yourself to WeCP.

Firstly, welcome to WeCP!

WeCP is an AI-native Talent Measurement Software.

This tool is built to help you measure hard skills (technical, functional, domain) and soft skills (communication, cognitive, behavioral, personality).

Below are the most important steps to experience WeCP firsthand and get pro at it.


Step 1: Create Your First Test

  1. Log in and click “Create Test.”

  2. Choose create with AI (recommended)

  3. Set the preferences

  4. Add or customize questions as per your needs.


Step 2: Validate Your Test Before Launch

Before inviting candidates, ensure the test meets four key criteria:

  • Validity – Does it measure what you intend (e.g., coding skills for developers)?

  • Reliability – Will candidates get consistent results if tested again?

  • Integrity – Are cheating-prevention and proctoring settings enabled?

  • Candidate Experience – Is the test fair, clear, and mobile-friendly?


Step 3: Invite Candidates

  • Share invitations via email or bulk upload candidate details.

  • Customise invitation


Step 4: Review Results & Reports

Once candidates complete the assessment, you’ll receive detailed reports.

  • Performance Scores: Categorized as Excellent, Good, Average, or Poor.

  • Skill Insights: Breakdown across technical, cognitive, and behavioral areas.

  • Comparisons: Benchmark candidates against role requirements.


Step 5: Take Action

  • Shortlist top candidates for interviews or next stages.

  • Use skill insights for employee development or training programs.
