You must be eager to find out what's new on WeCP's platform. Well, for this product release, you might want to rephrase your question into "What's not new?".

In its July + August 2021 release, WeCP is elated to announce the rollout of a more contemporary and easy-to-use UI packed with updated features and a lot of excitement.

New Navigation Pane brings every action at your fingertips

In the previous UI, you had to perform a lot of steps to carry out operations. We have introduced a brand new interface with an all-purpose navigation page on the left, to help you get the job done in just a few clicks.
The following buttons have been included in the Navigation Pane:

Tests: It contains every functionality related to creating, editing, and publishing Tests.

Interviews: It takes you to the interview dashboard.

Questions: It takes you to the Question Library where you can create, import, view, and edit questions.

Library: It consists of ready-made tests where you can look for tests that fit your hiring requirements. You can also request a customized Test.

Settings: It is the control center of your organization's account on WeCP.

Tests and Interviews right on your home screen
​In the previous version, you had to navigate to the respective groups on the homepage, to view the tests and interviews. Now, the Tests and the Interviews can be directly accessed from the homepage helping you in getting your job done in lesser steps.

​'Groups' is just a field parameter and will no longer slow you down
​It was observed that the users were more focused on the Tests and the Interviews, rather than the Groups that they belonged to. Hence, 'Groups' has been added as one of the field parameters of the Tests and Interviews.

Horizontal Test dashboard
​The Test dashboard was vertical in the previous version leaving less space for the display unit. To help curb this problem, we have moved the dashboard to the top and placed it horizontally.

Question Editor has a brand new interface to improve your productivity
​Long gone is the complex and mind-boggling question editor. We have now made question creation a smooth and faster process. Easy to understand, easy to use, this editor will help you code and create faster.

​Card type Question display for faster review
​Earlier, you had to click on each question to view them. You can now quickly take a brief overview of the questions in the Card-type display format.

Questions

'Questions' is the new Warehouse
​We realized that the name 'Warehouse' was confusing for most of our customers, so we renamed it to 'Questions'. You can use the questions tab to create, upload and download questions in just a few clicks. You can also use any of those questions in any of your tests!

​Add multiple question types in the same section
​Earlier, it was not possible to add different question types to the same section in a Test. But we understand that you might be looking for ways to test the candidate's response time and situation management skills, hence, you can now add multiple types of questions in the same section.

Changing the sequence of the questions and the sections is now possible
​The arrangement of the questions or the sections couldn't be changed in the previous version which turned out to be a limiting factor for the question setters. Now, you have the flexibility to arrange and re-arrange your questions and sections, anytime that you want.

Add, Upload and Import Questions all in one place
​Everything is now at your fingertips. When you click on Add Question, you can directly view the 'Question Library' where you can create, bulk upload, and import questions to your Test.

Seamlessly add pictures to the Tests

Long gone the cumbersome process of adding pictures to your questions. In this version, the pictures that you paste in the Test editor will directly get uploaded to our servers.

Test Library is simply 'Library' now
​You can choose readymade Tests curated by experts at WeCP from the Library.

​New 'Status' and 'Invited' fields on the home page
​We have added two more fields alongside Test names and Interview names on the homepage to help you fetch more information in less time.
​Status: Displays the status of the Test - Ongoing/Activated/Deactivated.
​Invited: Displays the number of invited candidates.

Achieve more in lesser time with the updated tabs in Test Settings
​Moving out of the previous version, we have split the tabs in the Test Settings to fasten up your pace and make things easier for you. Proctoring, Landing Page, Candidate Test Page, and Members to name a few!

Interviews

Access interviews directly from the homepage
​Previously, the interview interface was available on a completely different URL. Taking into account the major demands for the interview platform, we have included it in the homepage navigation bar in this release.

Analytics

Access everything related to candidate feedback in one place
​Earlier, you had to set up the feedback form in the Configurations tab and view the feedback data in the Feedback tab. We decided to save you from the unnecessary hassle by placing everything related to feedback under one tab.

Candidates

The interface is wider for a better UX

Since we decided on making it easier for you to view more fields at a time, we increased the width of the candidates' data display window.

Settings

Groups tab has become a one-stop solution for creating and managing Groups
​In the previous version, Groups were the first thing on the home page and one had to navigate to the Settings of each of these Groups to customize them. Since we realized that customizing each Group individually was cumbersome, we integrated a new Groups tab inside the Settings. Using this Group tab, you can create, edit and view all the Groups at once.

Deactivate organization without worrying about your data
We understand that you might need to deactivate your account without worrying about losing any data. So, we have included this feature under the Settings tab in this release.

Improved UX in personalizing your organization page
​Many different settings were placed inside the General tab making it more time-consuming to edit settings related to specific domains. In this release, we have included many tabs specific to different tasks like Org Members, Groups, and Personalise.
