ORGANIZATION ACCESS PERMISSIONS
System administrators can provide any one of the following access permissions to a user account. Each access level defines the features and functionality available to the user.
QUESTIONS | READ | WRITE | ADMIN |
Only the Question library and the Test library are visible. Users can create, upload and download questions in the Question library and view the various pre-made tests. The Groups and Tests are not visible to the Users. | The Org page, Org credits, and Home section are visible. All groups are visible. Covers all Group Read permissions for each group in the organization. | Includes everything available with Org Read permissions. The Org credit and Home section can be edited. Users can update Groups visibility to Active or Public from the Group List panel. New groups can be created and it includes all Group Write permissions for each group in the organization. | Includes everything available in Org Write access. Users can view and invite collaborators to the Org. Users can see and update Org settings. |
GROUP ACCESS PERMISSIONS
Users with Write and Admin access can manage groups, members, and member permissions in Group Settings.

The Group page, Group home section, and all tests are visible. Includes all the Test Read permissions for each test in the Group. | Includes everything in Group Read access. The Group home section can be edited. Users can update tests to Active, Public, and Showcase directly from the test list panel. Users can create new tests. Users can read individual candidates' reports of every test in the group. Includes all the Test Write permissions for each test in the group. | Includes everything available in Group Write access. Users can see and invite collaborators to the Group. Users can view and update Group settings. |
TEST ACCESS PERMISSIONS
Different access permissions to tests, controls what users can view and edit at the test level. Permissions are defined in the Configuration tab.

Users can see the test and the Test Dashboard page. Users can see all the questions and the About section of the test. | Includes everything available in Group Read access. Users can edit questions on the test page. Users can edit the About section of the test. Users can invite and see current test-takers. Users can take all actions available for test-takers. | Includes everything available in Test Write access. Users can see and add collaborators to the test. Users can see and update General, Accessibility, Security, Report Controls, and Feedback Settings of the test. Users can read candidates' feedback. |
