Recruiters and Hiring Managers can upload a batch of questions to the questions library for further uploading them to new and existing tests. Read More Understanding the Questions Library.
To upload questions to the Question library
Login to your WeCP Recruiter/Hiring Manager account.
Click on the Questions tab on the left navigation panel to open the Question Library. This is where all defined test questions exist in the WeCP platform.
Click on the Upload in Bulk button on the top right-hand side.
A modal will be displayed giving the option to either Download Template or to Upload File.
If you are ready with your questions, click on the Upload File button to upload the excel file containing all of them.
If you want to view the format in which the questions should be arranged inside the excel file, click on Download Template.
Note: To experience a seamless upload, ensure that your excel file is adhering to the question template provided by WeCP.
