LEARNING OUTCOME
Recruiters and Hiring Managers will learn to evaluate and add marks to answers of a video-type question.
To evaluate answers
Login to your WeCP account as Recruiter or Hiring Manager.
Navigate to the test with the answers to video-type questions you want to evaluate.
Click on the Manual Grading tab, inside the test.
Click on the question whose answers you want to evaluate.
Enter the Marks in the box provided and add a Remark as well.
Click on Save and next to score the next response.
You can flip through each candidate's response using the arrows on the top right
Once the responses have been scored, you can view them in the Scored Section by switching the mode
