LEARNING OUTCOME
Recruiters and Hiring Managers will learn to evaluate and add marks to answers in a manually graded subjective test.
To evaluate answers
Login to your WeCP account as Recruiter or Hiring Manager.
Navigate to the subjective test that the candidates were invited to complete.
Click on the Manual Grading tab, inside the test.
Click on the question whose answers you want to evaluate.
Further, you can add marks by clicking on the pencil icon corresponding to each answer.
You can also add Remarks, below every answer.
