Buying add-on credits on WeCP is a straightforward process. Follow these simple steps to ensure you have the credits you need to continue using our platform effectively.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open Your Organization by Logging in to WeCP

  • Begin by visiting the WeCP login page.

  • Enter your login credentials (username and password) to access your organization's dashboard.

2. Click on Settings on the Left Side Menu

  • Once logged in, you will be directed to your dashboard.

  • On the left-hand side of the screen, locate and click on the Settings option.

3. Click on Subscriptions and Credits

  • In the Settings menu, find and select Subscriptions and Credits.

  • This section will display your current subscription plan and the number of credits you have remaining.

4. Click on Buy Additional Credits

  • Within the Subscriptions and Credits section, you will see an option to Buy Additional Credits.

  • Click on this button to proceed.

5. Enter the Number of Credits & Stripe Checkout

  • Once you enter the number of credits you want to purchase, a new Stripe page will open where you can make the payment.

6. Complete the Purchase

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

  • You may need to enter payment details if they are not already saved in your account.

  • Confirm your purchase and the credits will be added to your account immediately.
