At WeCP, we prioritize the privacy and security of our users' personal data. This FAQ provides information about our compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Does WeCP comply with GDPR?

Yes, WeCP is fully compliant with GDPR. We have implemented policies and procedures to ensure the protection and privacy of personal data in accordance with GDPR requirements.

2. What is WeCP's role in GDPR?

WeCP acts as a Data Processor, processing data on behalf of our customers, who are the Data Controllers.

3. How does WeCP obtain user consent?

WeCP obtains user consent through clear and explicit consent forms that explain the purpose and use of their personal data. Users have the right to withdraw their consent at any time.

4. What Types of Personal Information does WeCP collect?

WeCP collects various types of personal data, including:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Contact details

  • IP address

  • Assessment, Interview results and feedback

  • Cookies

  • Usage Data

  • Geographic position

Certain data elements may be mandatory for providing our services, while others are optional.

  • Right to access: Users can request access to their personal data held by WeCP.

  • Right to rectification: Users can request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

  • Right to erasure: Users can request the deletion of their personal data.

  • Right to restrict processing: Users can request the restriction of processing their personal data.

  • Right to data portability: Users can request a copy of their personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

  • Right to object: Users can object to the processing of their personal data.

7. How can users exercise their rights?

Users can exercise their rights by contacting WeCP at [insert contact email]. We will respond to requests within one month of receipt.

8. How does WeCP ensure data security?

WeCP employs various security measures to protect personal data, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest

  • Regular security audits and assessments

  • Strict access controls and authentication mechanisms

  • Employee training on data protection and privacy

9. How can I delete the data of a particular candidate?

To delete a candidate's profile:

  1. Log in as a Company Admin.

  2. Access the Test Dashboard and Candidates tab in WeCP.

  3. Search for the candidate.

  4. Click the delete option.

  5. Confirm the deletion.

10. How can I delete candidate data in bulk?

To delete candidate data in bulk:

  1. Raise a request to dpo@wecreateproblems.com

  2. Submit a request to our support team or with your dedicated customer success manager

  3. Provide the list of candidates to be deleted.

WeCP will anonymize and delete the data within 14 days.

11. Can deleted data be reinstated?

No, once candidate data is deleted, it cannot be reinstated.

12. How can I download candidate data?

WeCP offers several ways to download candidates' data:

  • From a Test dashboard

  • From an Interview dashboard

  • Candidates / Skills table

To download, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Test dashboard

  2. Click on the Candidates tab

  3. Select Candidate or Download all Click Export Profile to download the data.

13. Does WeCP share candidate data with other third-party services?

WeCP does not share or distribute customer data except as required by law or as provided in contractual agreements between WeCP and the customer.

14. Does WeCP maintain an audit trail of events?

Yes, WeCP maintains an audit trail of all user events. You can retrieve audit logs via our API or by submitting a request to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@wecreateproblems.com

15. Does WeCP allow a candidate to edit or delete their personal data or test attempt?

Candidates cannot directly edit or delete their data or test attempts. They need to contact the company that administered the test / interviews for any changes.

16. Can a candidate download their test / interview data?

Candidates cannot download their test data directly. They should contact the company that administered the test to request their data.
