While many assessment vendors do offer candidate inviting services, WeCP does not. This decision is largely to protect our customers and guarantee them highest standards of security and trust.

At WeCP, we prioritize the reliability and integrity of your assessment process. Our platform is used for high-stakes activities such as employment and performance decisions, making it essential to safeguard personal information and maintain strict compliance with data protection regulations. Here's why we don't offer candidate inviting services and what you can do instead.

Reason 1: Protecting Personal Information

Inviting candidates directly through WeCP would involve revealing personal information to our team. Given the sensitive nature of high-stakes assessments, it's crucial to minimize the exposure of such information. By not offering this service, we ensure that personal data remains secure and private.

Reason 2: Preventing Assessment Leaks

Allowing a third party to handle candidate invitations could increase the risk of question papers being leaked to potential test takers. Maintaining control over the invitation process helps prevent such breaches and ensures the integrity of the assessments.

Reason 3: Compliance and Audits

WeCP adheres to stringent compliance standards likes of ISO 270001 and SOC type 2, including laws such as:

  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

  • New York SHIELD Act (NY 144)

  • India Data Protection Bill (DPDPA)

  • GDPR / UK GDPR

As signatories of these standards, these compliances require regular audits to ensure that we meet and exceed data protection and privacy standards.

What Can Our Customers Do?

While we don't directly handle candidate inviting, we offer several solutions to help you manage this process efficiently:

1. Internal Team Invites (Recommended)

Your internal team can send automated bulk invites or links to candidates. This process is straightforward and takes just 30 seconds to upload emails. WeCP will handle automated reminders, ensuring a smooth and timely assessment process.

2. Professional Services

If you prefer to outsource this task, you can hire professional services from WeCP. This paid service allows a human professional service provide to manage the invitations.

3. Upcoming AI Feature

WeCP is developing an AI feature that will further simplify the invitation process. Customers will be able to email ai@wecreateproblems.com, and the AI will handle the rest. This feature is in our roadmap and will be available soon.
