WeCP is internally SOC 2 Compliant in real-time. WeCP runs it's real-time SOC2 compliance on a compliance and trust manage software called Sprinto. However sometimes our customers want us to share with them a compliance report from some 3rd-party / external auditors.

If you've not received an external auditor report from your WeCP's SPOC, that means WeCP's SOC 2 is under an audit and you may have to wait for the most updated compliance report unless the external audit is over. External audit can take up to 6 months.

How long would it take to get the most updated report from external auditors?

Our SOC2 audit is currently in progress. As per the auditor, the final report will be available by the date communicated to you by our team. Since SOC2 is an annual audit, there can be instances where the external auditors may take more time than initially anticipated to complete the thorough review process.

While we await the final report, here are a few options to meet your compliance needs:

  1. Previous SOC2 Report: You can use our previous SOC2 audit report as interim documentation. This report provides a comprehensive overview of our compliance status up to the most recent audit cycle.

  2. Request for Real-Time Compliance Evidences: We can provide live evidence to demonstrate our ongoing SOC2 compliance. This includes access to relevant security policies, procedures, and controls that are currently in place.

Who should I contact to get the most recent external audit report?

If your organization requires the latest external auditor's report, please contact your Customer Success Manager. They will provide you with the estimated date of availability for the new SOC2 report and assist you with any interim compliance needs.
