Why Whitelist IPs?

Many organizations have strict network security policies and require vendors’ IPs to be whitelisted to allow seamless communication between systems. This ensures that only trusted traffic from WeCP is allowed to interact with your network, APIs, or firewalls. If your company requires whitelisting to integrate with WeCP’s platform or for firewall security, here’s how you can get the IP addresses.

How to Request WeCP’s IP Addresses for Whitelisting

  1. Reach Out via Intercom Chat

    • To get the most up-to-date list of IPs that WeCP uses for communication, drop us a message through our Intercom chat available on the platform.

    • Our team will respond promptly and provide the IP ranges or specific addresses used for our services.

  2. Why IPs Aren’t Publicly Listed

    • WeCP’s infrastructure is hosted on AWS and might use services such as load balancers and CDNs. The IPs may change periodically for scalability and performance reasons, so we provide IPs based on your specific use case (e.g., API access, webhook integrations, ATS Integration etc.).

    • Sharing IPs through request ensures that you receive the most accurate and up-to-date list based on our latest infrastructure setup.


What to Include in Your Request:

When requesting IPs via Intercom, please provide the following details to help us tailor the response to your needs:

  • Your Organization Name

  • Reason for Whitelisting (e.g., API communication, ATS integration, Webhooks, etc.)

  • Type of Firewall or Security System (if applicable)
