Overview
By integrating WeCP with SmartRecruiters, recruiters can streamline the recruitment process by seamlessly importing candidate assessment results into their SmartRecruiters account. In this article, we will guide you through the steps to integrate WeCP and SmartRecruiters.
Step 1: Navigate to WeCP Integrations
Before you can integrate WeCP with Ripple Hire, you need to set up the WeCP integration. Here's a To Do List:
Log in to your WeCP account. Click here to sign in.
Go to the "Settings" from in the left menu bar.
Click on the "Integrations" tab.
Find "SmartRecruiters" in the list and click on the "Connect”.
Step 2: Authorize SmartRecruiters Access
When you click Connect, you’ll be redirected to the SmartRecruiters login page.
Enter your SmartRecruiters admin credentials.
Authorize WeCP to connect to your SmartRecruiters account.
Once authentication is complete, you’ll be redirected back to WeCP.
⚠️ If you don’t have permission to authorize integrations in SmartRecruiters, please contact your SmartRecruiters system administrator.
Step 3: Authorize SmartRecruiters Access
Review the permissions requested by SmartRecruiters.
Click Accept Consent to allow SmartRecruiters to access your WeCP data securely.
Step 4: Confirm Integration Status
After a successful connection:
In WeCP will change to integration status as Active.
You’ll see a confirmation message that WeCP is now connected to your SmartRecruiters account.
You can disconnect anytime using the Deactivate option.
