Recruiters and Hiring Managers will understand what are the most important settings that they should check before scheduling a Test.
Login to your WeCP account as a Recruiter or Hiring Manager.
Select the Test from the home page and navigate to the Settings tab at the top.
You must check the following fields in the General Settings before scheduling the test:
Name of the test- You must ensure that a proper name has been given to the Test.
Total duration of the test- The duration of the test is one of the most important parameters that should be defined before activating the Test.
Lock Test Editor- To prevent anyone from making any further changes to the Test and to keep it safe, you must Lock the Test using this toggle button.
The Email Invitation Link Validity in the Accessibility Controls tab should also match the Test window timing for the candidates to successfully take the test.
