LEARNING OUTCOME
Recruiters and Hiring Managers can familiarize themselves with the candidate's test interface.
The candidate’s test interface is an intuitive, user-friendly platform that helps the test taker easily navigate through the online assessment.
When the recruiter or hiring manager invites people to take a test, the candidate receives the test link via email. When they click on the link, the candidate is taken to the WeCP test window.
After opening the test link, candidates will have to click on the Start Challenge button.
Thereafter, they will go through a comprehensive checklist, in the following order:
System Check: It automatically checks if the candidate's system is at par with the infrastructural guidelines and ready for the candidate to take the test on WeCP's platform.
Personal Information: In this window, the candidate will be prompted to fill in this Name and Email.
Photo Verification: This window would require the candidate to capture their image for photo verification.
General Instructions: This window outlines the basic guidelines to take any test on WeCP's platform.
Instructions from the recruitment company: This window outlines the specific assessment guidelines given by the recruitment company. It's important for the candidates to accept the privacy notice before clicking Start Test, in this window.
When they are ready to commence the test, they can click on the Start Test button to activate the timer.
When the test is configured to prevent plagiarism with other security controls applied, the candidate will be notified if their actions result in a violation. These violations will also be included in the candidate's test results.
The candidate will advance through the tests with the Test Navigator indicating their progress. When they have answered all the questions, they will click the Finish Test button to submit their results.
If the candidate has not completed the test within the defined time, the test will auto-submit, and access to the test will be closed.
