Why Whole Screen Recording Matters
Whole screen recording provides a comprehensive view of the candidate's actions throughout the assessment. This feature not only helps verify whether the candidate adhered to the assessment guidelines but also ensures that all interactions during the test are captured for future audits. In case of any disputes or integrity issues, recruiters can review the screen recordings to gain insights into how the test was taken. This level of transparency builds trust between the candidate and the hiring team, ensuring a fair process.
By auditing the candidate’s assessment experience, assessment teams can:
Confirm that the test environment and rules were followed.
Validate or dispute any claims made by the candidate regarding technical difficulties or other challenges.
Ensure that the test results are a true reflection of the candidate’s capabilities, free from any undue assistance or cheating.
