A Registration Page is a crucial tool in managing candidate assessments effectively. It allows organizations to gather essential information from candidates before they are invited to take a test. This article will guide you through the steps to set up and configure a Registration Page using WeCP.

Important: Enabling the Registration Page for your account

If your organization does not yet have the Registration Page feature enabled, please reach out to support@wecreateproblems.com. Our support team will assist you in activating this feature for your account.

Turning on the Registration Page for an assessment

In your assessment settings, you'll now find a new section called 'Registration Data'. Toggle the button to enable to initialise a new registration page for the assessment.

Configuring candidate access to the Registration Page

Once toggled on, the first section deals with how and when candidates will access your newly created registration page.

In this section you'll be able to update:

  1. The URL for Public Access
    Add a custom URL to identify multiple registration pages setup easily. The URL will be in the format yourcompanyname.wecreateproblems.com/{custom-url}

  2. Setting Open and Close Time for the Registration
    Configure the start and end time to set the duration and the time at which you want candidates to register for your assessment.

Types of fields supported in registration

You can add custom fields for capturing candidate information in the following formats

  1. Text Field (to enter University / College Name etc)

  2. URL (for LinkedIn Profile URLs)
