At WeCP, we are committed to providing our customers with assessments that relevant, reliable and cheating-proof. We regularly monitor and update our question bank to ensure that it is fresh and relevant. In this article, we will explain our process for retiring and replacing questions.

We retire a question in the following circumstances:

  • When it appears on more than 80% of screens in a single test (available only on request).

  • When WeCP's web crawler finds that the question has been leaked on the internet.

  • When the pass rate for the question is less than 5% or more than 95%.

This enables our question bank to ensure the integrity and reliability of your assessments.

While replacing a retired question with a new one, we subject it to a thorough review process to ensure that it meets our standards for quality and relevance and replacement match. This includes reviewing the question framing, formatting, related skill, concepts being assessed, relevant job roles and difficulty level of the question, as well as verifying that it is free of errors and biases.

If you have any questions or concerns about our questions retiring policy on the platform, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to help.
