Learning Outcome
Recruiters and Hiring Managers will learn to filter and shortlist candidates in a test.
To Filter Candidates :
Login to your WeCP as a Recruiter or Hiring Manager.
Navigate to the test that you want to filter the candidate list from.
Click on the Candidates tab inside the test.
Click on the Filters button and select a suitable distinction of choice from the filter choices provided.
Furthermore, you can add more filters by clicking the Add Filter button.
You can toggle between Any filters and All filters for a more comprehensive filtering process.
The "any filter" shows candidates that match any one of the filters selected by you whereas the "all filters" show candidates that match all the filters selected by you.
