Go to Settings > Privacy > Screen (or Screen Sharing) and ensure permissions are enabled.
Check your antivirus/firewall isn’t blocking Sherlock.
When prompted, share your entire screen (not just a window or tab).
Tip: Restart your computer if the app freezes during setup.
macOS
Security & Privacy: Navigate to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Screen Recording. Make sure your browser is checked to allow screen sharing.
Accessibility Settings: Some apps may require access under 'Accessibility' in the Security & Privacy settings.
Linux (Not Supported)
Sherlock does not support Linux.
Please use a Windows or macOS device to take your assessment.
