This release focuses on improvements and updates on session recordings, programming question type, and the overall question library in addition to some bug squashes and quality fixes.
[Important] Candidate Session Recordings are changing
Please note that starting from August 2024, our Video Proctoring feature will not support session playbacks and will solely be for real-time proctoring purposes. To ensure that candidate sessions are recorded, you will have to enable Whole Screen Recording from the proctoring settings.
We are making this change to enhance the quality and reliability of session recordings. We aim to provide a smoother and more comprehensive recording experience by transitioning to Whole Screen Recording.

Now top-up credits on the fly
Not having enough credits in your account while sending candidate invitations can be frustrating. Now top-up credits on the fly and never miss out on potential talent.
Programming Question Improvements
We have addressed an issue where candidates could pass certain test cases without writing any code, especially in C. This was happening because of default values present in the code stub.
While creating a programming question, you can now view test case constraints while validating them with the solution code.
Candidate Experience Improvements
Based on a few feedbacks we've received from candidates regarding visibility issues in Dark Mode, the following changes have been made.
The input text placeholder for dark mode was not visible and did not change color to white - this is fixed.
Certain ML and Data Science questions had highlighting issues for functions - this is fixed.
The candidate instruction had visibility issues in Video Questions - this is fixed.
Team Invitation Improvements
We made a few updates to access levels for better understanding. Now, invite your team members and have the ability to control their access to certain parts of the platform.
Other Minor Improvements
Onboarding Related:
Account or Org names now have a 30-character limit.
Inactive accounts will not be displayed for other team members to request access to, while signing up on WeCP
Interviews Related:
Fixed the bug which was not enabling Interview Recording when turned on.
Test Templates Related:
Fixed loading state of templates after filters are applied.
Fixed when searching or applying a filter and clicking on either 'For You' or 'HandsOn' then these are disabled and cannot be unselected again on the test templates surface.
Updated UI for locked test templates
Question Library Related:
Question Library not loading when opened after a long time - this is fixed.
Question Analytics Related:
The list of tests shown inside question analytics is now sorted based on the number of views for that question in decreasing order.
Updated loading issues causing analytics for certain questions not to be displayed.
MCQ Questions Related:
Sometimes this error comes "At least 1 language must be selected" when trying to save an MCQ question - this is fixed.
Subjective Questions Related:
Settings of subjective questions or video questions are lost when moving a question from quiz to warehouse

Tracking Related:
Fixed Hubspot cookie issue now letting all data of onboarding and website visit related data on HubSpot.
Added Mixpanel events for Skill Intelligence Page.
Remove Clarity support from the candidate side. Hence we will not be having external session recordings of candidates.
Question Generation Related:
Added the ability for admins to enable question generation for accounts from /operations.
Subscription Related:
Users are now shown a cancellation modal in case they try to cancel their subscription.
