This release focuses on enabling users to handle highly exposed questions better, the introduction of the Add-on Store, improvements with proctoring, and more changes for candidates.

[New] Replace Highly Exposed Questions with AI

With Replace Questions with AI, you can now replace highly exposed questions, so you don't have to worry about leaked questions.

For all accounts, WeCP AI will now notify you about questions that have a high chance of being leaked or exposed and will provide you with a way to replace these questions with AI.

[New] Add-ons Store

With WeCP's add-ons, you can now customize, automate, and enhance your assessment, so you don't have to worry about manual grading or proctoring.

The add-ons store (which can be accessed from the Settings), will serve as a marketplace for additional plugins and add-ons intended to make your assessment process a lot faster and of higher integrity.

With v1 of the Add-ons Store, Admins will now be able to 'Activate' the add-on for all users present in their account.

Proctoring Improvements

With the recent feedback we have received over candidates finding it harder to complete the verification process, the number of steps for the Liveness check has been now reduced to 3.

Steps here mean that every candidate will be asked to do the following motions to prove that he/she is human.

  1. Click a picture with a Straight face.

  2. Move your head to the Right.

  3. Move your head to the Left.

  4. Tilt your head Upwards.

  5. Tilt your head Downwards.

Before:

For a successful Liveness Check, the number of steps that needed to be completed was 5.

Now:

For a successful Liveness Check, the number of steps that need to be completed has been reduced to 3.

This means that the candidate will be asked the following steps:

  1. Step 1 - Click a picture with a straight face (default step)

  2. Step 2 - any movement chosen at random among Left, Right, Upward & Downward

  3. Step 3 - any movement chosen at random among Left, Right, Upward & Downward

[Note] Candidates Audio not getting recorded for Video Questions

There’s an ongoing issue where the audio of some candidates is not recorded during Video Questions. Our evaluation indicates this occurs because the candidate’s input device occasionally fails to be recognized, leading to the problem.

What is solved?

The issue is fixed for major scenarios including when multiple video questions are added to the assessment. There should be no such cases occurring again.

What is pending?

This issue persists for tests with Whole Screen Recording enabled.

ETA to solve - 30th July 2024.
