This release focuses on ensuring we are on top of Compliance for enterprise security, building a mental deterrence for candidates to prevent cheating, and building a new ATS integration with Darwinbox.
[New] Code of Honor for Candidates
After much internal discussion on striking the right balance between maintaining strict proctoring measures and preserving a positive candidate experience, we've decided to take a more progressive approach to deter cheating. Understanding that prevention is better than cure, we've introduced the Code of Honorโa psychological deterrent designed to emphasize the consequences of cheating.
The Code of Honor serves as a pledge, an acknowledgement, and a subtle warning about the serious implications of dishonest behaviour during assessments. To maximize its impact, candidates will be presented with the Code of Honor upon their first violation during the test. This timing is intended to engage candidates effectively, reinforcing the importance of integrity while maintaining the flow of the assessment process.
[Improved] Asking Consent from Candidates before starting the test
From here on, before starting an assessment or joining an interview, candidates will now be prompted to provide consent towards WeCP's Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. This improvement addresses a critical gap in our previous process where consent was obtained before the candidate entered into the test environment.
By ensuring that candidates acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions before proceeding, we are not only aligning with industry standards but also reinforcing our commitment to transparency and data protection.
[New] Darwinbox Integration
With the Darwinbox and WeCP integration, you can now automatically trigger assessment invitations to candidates directly from Darwinbox, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow. Once candidates complete their assessments, their results are seamlessly transmitted back to your Darwinbox ATS.

[Open for Public Access] Registration Page for Assessments
Now create custom registration pages for your assessments on WeCP allowing you to create fully customized micro-sites for your candidates, complete with your company's branding, logos, and messaging. By offering a tailored experience that aligns with your brand, you can engage candidates more effectively and drive higher participation rates, all while enhancing the overall candidate experience from the very start.

Other Improvements
Improved Communication for Candidates in Video Questions
We've observed a lot of candidates with slower internet connectivity, waiting for their video responses to be uploaded before moving to the next question. Candidates are now prompted to proceed to the next question while their video responses are uploaded in the background. This change helps minimize time lost due to slow internet connections and upload delays.

Improved reporting of Credit Consumption in the Usage Settings
While we put efforts into moving towards a completely Credit-centric consumption model, our first step was to ensure that all users know when and where are your credits getting consumed.
Your Subscriptions & Credits page, from here on will show a credit consumption history also providing details on the type of consumption along with the associated assessment or candidate submission where the credit was consumed.
