At WeCP, we understand the importance of making a lasting impression on your candidates during the assessment and interview process. That's why we offer several personalization options to ensure your brand stands out and resonates with potential hires. Here's a guide on how you can customize your WeCP assessments to align with your company’s identity and goals.

1. Upload Your Logo

Feature: When candidates open your test or interview, the first thing they see is your company logo prominently displayed on their interface. This subtle but powerful branding tool helps reinforce your company’s identity and professionalism right from the start.

How to Use:

  • Navigate to the Settings tab of your assessment.

  • Click on Branding and select Upload Logo.

  • Choose your company logo file and upload it. The logo will automatically appear on the candidate's interface when they start the assessment.

2. Upload Your Banner

Feature: Enhance the candidate experience by displaying a custom banner at the top of the test or interview screen. This banner can be a promotional image, a message about your company culture, or anything else you want candidates to see. It’s a great way to attract and engage talent while promoting your brand.

How to Use:

  • In the Branding section, look for the Banner Upload option.

  • Upload your chosen banner image.

  • The banner will be displayed at the top of the candidate’s screen during the test, making your brand more memorable.

3. Personalize the Start Test Button

Feature: Sometimes, you might want to set the tone for the assessment right from the start. With WeCP, you can customize the text on the “Start Test” button. Whether you want it to say “Start Hacking,” “Solve Challenges,” or “Reflect on Your Skills,” this small detail can significantly enhance the candidate experience.

How to Use:

  • Go to the Settings tab of your assessment.

  • Under Button Customization, enter the text you want to display on the Start Test button.

  • Save your changes, and the button will reflect your customized text for all candidates.

4. Add Custom Instructions - Text or Video Message

Feature: Welcome candidates to your interview process with a personalized text or video message. This feature allows you to add a personal touch by explaining what candidates can expect, providing tips, or sharing more about your company culture. It’s an excellent way to set the stage and make candidates feel at ease.

How to Use:

  • In the Instructions section of your assessment settings, you can either type a welcome message or upload a pre-recorded video.

  • This message or video will be displayed before the candidate begins the test, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed.

5. Redirect Candidates After Test Completion

Feature: Once candidates complete their test, you can direct them to a specific webpage. This could be a page where they can learn more about your company, a landing page to acquire leads, or a page where they can see next steps in the hiring process. This feature not only enhances your brand’s visibility but also helps in nurturing potential candidates.

How to Use:

  • Go to the Post-Test Settings section.

  • Enter the URL of the page where you want candidates to be redirected after they finish the test.

  • Save your settings, and candidates will automatically be directed to your chosen page upon test completion.
