Sharing assessment results with candidates provides them with clear insights into their performance. This feature allows candidates to receive an email with an overview of their performance and a link to view their detailed report.
Enabling sharing reports
Access the Test Settings:
Go to the Test Settings page of the relevant test.
Navigate to the Candidate Test Page:
Under the settings, find the Candidate Test Page section.
Enable the Feature:
In the After Test Section, toggle the option Share Report with Candidate to "On."
When will the reports be sent?
After enabling the feature, reports will be automatically emailed to candidates once they complete the test.
Note: If this feature is enabled after some candidates have completed the test, they will receive their performance reports automatically.
How will candidates access their reports?
Candidates will receive an email containing a brief overview of their performance and a link to view the full report.

How long will the candidate have access to view their report?
By default, the assessment reports will remain accessible to candidates for 365 days from the date they are sent. After this period, the reports will expire, and candidates will no longer be able to access them.
